About Freestyle

Freestyle is a club based in the greater Atlanta area, consisting of two elite teams: a 2028 team and a 2030 team. Why two teams? Owners Molly Goins (Erdle) and Adam Goins are committed to excellence within the Freestyle club. Having two teams allows for the highest level of attention to coaching, recruitment, player development, and personal connections.

The name Freestyle comes from a crossover between the ATL rap scene and our favorite style of lacrosse—Freestyle. We develop players to be versatile—able to play any position, in any setting, with anyone. Instead of focusing on set plays, we emphasize reading the game, connecting with the players around you, and enjoying lacrosse in its purest form.

How We Play

We are passionate about the importance of playing multiple sports as young female athletes. So much so, that all high school players are required to play at least two sports to be a part of Freestyle. Our athletes participate in volleyball, flag football, softball, basketball, track, cross country, and more.

The mental and physical benefits, we believe, are endless.

Multi-Sport Athletes

Freestyle athletes sign social media contracts for each fall and summer season. These contracts limit social media usage to 5 hours per week during the season, allowing players to focus on athletics (lacrosse or otherwise), academics, family, and more.
